.... Eggplant....
Though pear in shape
It's a fruit not
Fried sauteed
Eat it cold or hot,
I like my eggplant
In sauce and cheese
Tell me can you say
"More eggplant parmesan please!!!"
The Italian's say
They cook it best
In the U.S. we eat it
North, South, East, and West,
