"Say what?" chimed the Crowd in
united adoration.
"Oops." repeated the Past as He looked up from His book.
He erased, printed and reprinted and the whole world shook.
"Out the window," Pessimism said
and Optimism sadly shook His head.
The Crowd accepted this something new,
never realizing that something just grew.
A new common language spoken
a refreshing Outlook, a new Token
another step to a preordained future...
a lie.
