It creeps up behind you,
Like a blazing silhouette,
Slowly at first making it's way thru
the most Minimal cracks,
Trying to find a way to confuse you,
Trying to run away is pointless,
No matter what you do,
It finds you,
Whether you are lucky,
Or not,
To be hurt,
Or loved,
Sometimes it's all up to you,
To stay and try to keep the flame alive,
Or,
Take a stand and leave before it's too late,
Whatever you may choose,
Someone will always come out broken,
It may hurt for a while,
Yet the pain wont last forever,
If you think about it,
Nothing really lasts forever,
Not even love.
