"Who is the Lord God almighty and why should we even worship him?"
Listen,I'll tell you
But first!
Let me say something that will prepare your mind
for this mind blowing truth
Now before space,time, matter
And all life that now matters
We are told that a being existed
Self-existent in nature,glorious in stature
And of all things,the creator!
He was a God,complete in himself that He couldn't make himself any better!
We are told that His face was like that of an excellent sun and even better!ĺ
For His service and pleasure,
He created the heavenly creatures
full of glory and splendour!
For worship,
He built instruments of worship inside the creatures He created for worship!
For War,
He built strength and might inside the creatures of warfare
His Kingdom was complete,perfect
And created in wisdom!
It was in this perfection that He could think of nothing more
He had filled the whole heavens with his glory forever more!
But a thought came into His mind
And caused Him to make counsel with Himself
He said,"Let Us make man in our own image and likeness" and notice the following verse has nothing to do with the heavens or incompleteness!
And I quote,"let him have dominion over all creation" and obviously,His intention was not to create an object of His satisfaction
When man was created,God wasn't trying to complete the missing puzzle in His creation!
Instead,
Man was created as a physical representation of the invisible God,
The outshining glory of the eternal God
The exact representation of His Kingdom and dominion on the earth realm!
God wanted to replicate himself using dust,
And when He finally saw himself in a man made of dust, He said and I quote "This is Good"
I bet until man's creation God had never left His throne
He had now found a reason to fellowship with creatures of His own nature and kind,man.
He loved the Human race
Man,desiring to be more than what he was
Surrendered his heart into disobedience!
Man Could no longer fellowship with the eternal God
His sin drove him out of the presence of God
Like fish outside of water
Man could not live without the presence God
The eternal God had to watch His own favourite creatures die!
This was supposed to be end of all human race
But God in His obsession developed a programme called grace!
Please understand that when Lucifer sinned,
No redemptive plans were designed
But for the human race,grace!
God wanted fellowship with man again
But only death Could reinstate the fallen man
And only eternal blood could save Him from eternal condemnation!
But God considered not the price for man's redemption,
But sent down His only beloved Son who carried an eternal vision!
He came in the likeness of man,
Full of wisdom and grace
To save the whole human race!
He abolished the divider of man And God,Sin.
Made man worthy to be in God's presence again!
And you ask," who is the Lord God almighty and why should we even worship Him?"
