Every Man's Prayer, Dear God, I come to you today, As a man, with strengths and weaknesses in every way, I pray for guidance, for wisdom to know, The path to take, the choices to make, as I go
Help me to be strong, yet gentle too, To lead with courage, and to love with a heart, that's true, Give me the humility to ask for help when I need, And the faith to trust in your plan, even when I don't succeed, I pray for my family, my friends, and my community
For their well-being, their happiness, and their prosperity, Help me to be a good husband, father, son, and friend ,To love and support them, until the very end
And I pray for forgiveness, for the mistakes I've made, For the times I've fallen short, and the opportunities I've delayed, Help me to learn from my failures, and to grow from my fears, To become the man you've called me to be, through all my tears
Dear God, I thank you for your love and your grace, For the blessings you've given me, and the promise of a brighter place and, I pray that you'll continue to guide me, to lead me, and to mold me, Into the man you've created me to be.....Amen
