Experimental Introspect

Envision this image,
A boy and a girl from two different realms,
The boy, he lives in poverty,
No hope and no friends
The girl is quite different,
No worries, a new Benz,
Can have anything she wants,
But she's depressed to no end
The boy has nothing,
Yet he smiles and makes the best,
Gets talked about for his clothes,
It rolls off of his chest
While the girls dabbles with drugs,
Hot tempered with cold flesh,
Happiness, she doesn't know,
But she disguises, she oppressed
By her demons, she has to face,
And they tell her they know best,
Until she screams out for help,
Where sadly it's wasted breath
No one hears her,
They don't care what she stuffs up her nose next,
They want the benefits of the ride,
They're just users, so soulless
Meanwhile the boy,
Is still smiling though life is hard,
Invited to join a gang,
He was tempted but didn't charge
Pride rose in his body,
He couldn't live a facade,
So he declined and got jumped,
Battered with open scars
They tried to break his will,
But he was too strong to be broken,
Though his circumstances were horrid,
The hope in him was awoken
See the introspect of the lives,
Elaborated within this tale,
Two people of different status,
One is happy, one's in hell
Contrary to what you think,
The latter seems to be real,
That the one with all the money,
Is the one who can't feel
Dead inside though the material,
Is solely in her favor,
Where she can do whatever she likes,
And have every meal catered
While on the other hand,
He's poor hand me downs throughout the ages,
Clothes barely even fit,
But he can smile through all phases
Just goes to show material,
Means nothing without a spiritual,
Understanding of yourself,
We move forward and pray for miracles
So I hope you appreciate,
The time it took,
To give my view on certain things,
That don't define the book.
