With everything going on in our world we need a little bit of laughter and happiness.
I am scared, I must confess.
But someday we will clean up this terrible mess.
So until then we can laugh off some of sadness and bring in the happiness.
The faces of life,
wash away, some of this terrible strife.
We dig and wipe away all.that is bad.
Our tears cover all.that is sad.
With what is happening in our world today.
The faces of life, show what we don't want to say.
Sometimes the mixed emotions confuse what's on our face.
Happy, sad, mad, laughter, it's all just a battle of ways.
We tend to forget why we feel the way that we do.
So we just smile, and pretend we got no clue.
To be happy, we do what we gotta do.
Ain't life good, when life is true.
