You lift my spirit up
Only for you to let me down,
You fill me with confidence
Just to make me a clown,
You say you have my back
But you'd rather watch me drown,
You tell me am the best
And you give me a fake crown,
It hurts, but I still display a smile,
Yet in the inside, my heart seals a frown.
