Falling behind

It's just a matter of time

For me to fall behind

I have begun to decline

Mind and body don't align

Only the time will tell

If I can shake this spell

Before my brain swells

And my head says farewell

At any moment soon

It will be like a monsoon

Thoughts will be my doom

Flooded inside they consume

Take a really deep breath

Try to relax and reset

Cool and calm don't fret

Keep from getting upset

Try and think positive

Something alternative

Gain some perspective

I find it's very effective
