The one person who you confide everything in
The people that didn't understand why you wanted to switch genders
Your parents that abused you throughout your childhood
The toxic people that ignore you
All of these are meanings of family
Because family means something different to everyone
They can be our dearest loved ones
Or the most toxic people in our life
We can hold them up proudly
Or hide them in shame
But everyone has their reasons of presenting their family the way they do
So I never judge
