I tried so hard to understand you dad.
Very hard situation for me to face you.
You're my father, we are connected by blood.
However, you didn't play a parent role to me.
In person I see you as a stranger.
The hardships I went through in my life,
I needed you the most dad.
but you were nowhere to be found.
Like any other child I had my ambition,
more specially to have a father and son relationship.
Which didn't happen as I longed.
I've made peace and I respect your decision.
Hence you abandoned me and carry on with your life,
as if I never existed at all.
However, it is well with my soul.
Whatever happened to me in any stage of life
will not take me down.
It is part of a learning curve I assume.
Dad,
I will raise my children better in future.
All I need is to do the opposite of what you've done to me.
