The father looked at his son proudly ,
for today was the day he had done it,
done something his father unfortunately,
couldn't do, by inches had missed it.
He saw his dream come true,
through the eyes of his son,
a serendipitous day for him, and lucky too,
he had been waiting long for this one.
The son spoke to his dad with tears,
" I had something what wasn't given to you,
and I achieved it after all this years,
only because that something was you."
