Another year has came and went
Fathers are honored and content
my father is the best of the best
standing out above the rest,
he's everything a father could be and more then he had to be.
being a dad to three little kids that wasn't his but loved us and took us as his,
his heart so big,
his love so strong,
teaching us right from wrong,
showing us a man we could trust,
supporting our decisions even when we were wrong
letting us learn from our mistakes made us strong
his wisdom is beyond his years,
the stories he can tell fills your ears,
the joy he's brought to us year after year,
could not be compared
the laughter we've shared
holding our family tightly with care
a hero to me,
cause he was my daddy and didn't have to be.
any man can be father u see,
But it takes a real man to be a daddy I believe,
