For a long time life was busy and fun
From bed to the bathroom
to work I would run
I had it all sorted
I was happy had a career
I was doing the things that I always held dear
After a time things started to change
I had no idea what it was why you came
It took a long time over several long years
life became harder
with pain and with tears
I was told the by doctors they gave you a name
Fibromyalgia you've robbed me of me
what's your game ?
If I'd had a clue I'd be in this state now
I'm not sure I'd cope looking forward till now
Yet I'm coping and living
in a new different way
Digging deeper and harder to get through each day.
