There, stood my cracked wall
barely holding on to life
in fear of a mighty wind
with each day's break
came terror and hope
it can't end like this
I will have to die to come
down to ruins
what is death?
freedom from fear
life can't keep tormenting me
fate can't keep deciding my destiny
I own it all, this is my life
I give it up in my own accord
I die hoping redemption awaits
it's not the end, just a brief pause
I had to break myself to rebuild
I died to live again
And now there nothing more to fear
I ve conquered, never to go back to who I was
