I'm fighting to be as close to perfect as possible,
Even though I know it's nearly impossible,
I'm trying my best to keep an open mind,
Even past all the depressing thoughts that I find,
Im just another person with the same old shit,
Least that's how the outside world happens to see it,
Day by day I try to push through, no matter how hard,
Just to have the expectations of living be anothing disregard,
To keep the bucket full happens to be the hardest thing,
Over and over more and more pile as their happening,
Not sure things will ever let up on this life I live,
It just keeps taking and taking the more that I seem to give,
Fighting to be perfect is an impossible feat to come to know,
I keep fighting the impossible even though there's nothing to show,
Trying my best to one day have a life that's enough,
But so far it all seems to me to be far to tough.
