Some days are ok when I think of you

Those memories of our good times

I smile and feel warm inside all over

Like the very first time you gave a sign

Some days are worse than the rest

Feeling broken having lost your love

It's been so long without your touch

At one time we behaved like doves

Some days are horrible and painful

Not knowing what went wrong then

Was it me , us or you, it's still a mystery

Was it outside interference , darn them

Some days are beautiful in my mind

Thoughts of you standing in front of me

Lovely hair that flowed like soft music

I would appear before you , on one knee

Some days are certainly far more hurting

My heart beats irregularly without you here

My veins struggle to perform any duties

You always brightened my day with cheer

Some days I have visions of your elegance

Graceful and with poise , a beautiful light show

You made any moment shine with contentment

I will forever remember the way that you glow
