My friends often ask me why I chose to write about flowers
"Why let your pen flow on something so common?"
I always thought flowers were anything but common
As a kid I never appreciated what they are
And only now do I see how much they can be us
Every flower is something different
And every flower has a meaning
All I see is the flowers in us
And thats why I write them just like people
