I'm just a bird wanting to be let free
flying high in the sky
with my wings spread wide as I say goodbye
I want to go to different places
and observe different faces
I want to let go of ties
holding me back as time flies
I want redemption no need for contemplation
I want to fly close to the stars at night
while hoping to wish on a shooting star at site
The doors are opened
but my bounds are locked
I let myself imagine me building my own kingdom (legacy)
as I gaze at the wide opened door
awaiting my freedom....
