It's now just after four o'clock
A mild day outside, not bad
The sun is hidden behind the clouds
A light breeze is all that we have
I just lit a cigarette with my bic
Some old eighties rap is playing
I smoked half a joint right before
Now I am writing this listening
There's quite a bit of traffic today
Many people out and about walking
And all kinds of birds and insects
Warm weather brings us out smiling
Everything is a beautiful green now
There are flowers across the street
There is a chipmunk under the house
An adorable little thing, it's so sweet
And like yesterday, a spider I can see,
He is on my phone again now too
The tiny little red ones, they're okay
I let him be, it wasn't long 'til he moved
