A friend should be irreplaceable
They should be priceless or somewhat invaluable
A friend should be someone with whom you're compatible
And also your actions should be relatable.
You choose your friends by the traits you see
And not by the way you want them to be.
Sometimes we look for qualities in them,
That reflects ourselves every now and then,
But don't be swayed by things you see,
Because that's what makes you and me.
A friend should walk that extra mile with you,
Knowing no doubt you'd do too.
A friend should never be seasonal,
Nor inadequate, but very caring and rational.
Friends should always value each other.
Be there through trying times of tears and laughter.
For I would never trade my friend for another.
My bff, til eternity we'll be together.
