They are not difficult to get to know,
Back in my high school days,
Changing numbers and exchanging numbers was a big
deal and a headache.
3 and 5 keep changing their minds,
But sleeps for eternity,
They don't have anything else
To do but to change and exchange numbers.
5 and 5, lucky 5,
Takes a stab in my heart always.
4, who is shy and under a telescope,
And 3, always hard to get by,
And 2, always making excuses for busyness,
And 1, A friend that I will stick by the most, that will never hurt me, but 10 years later that friend will cut ties with me.
Today, I am in the type of mindset to know that I don't need any friends. The only friend I have is God. You have to know that friends comes and goes.
Some friends are here to stay with us for a short period of time, or an extended time.
Be in the right mindset to know that God already has a friend for you in blessing that will come your way unexpectedly.
Trust God, and believe that friendship with the human flesh is not eternal, but with God is your eternal friend.
