From darkness to Light
I’ve seen life break me, piece by piece,
Yet held on tight to silent peace.
I’ve walked through nights so dark and long,
Still found the will to carry on.
Those who stopped when paths were tough,
Never reached the end enough.
But I have fought through wind and rain,
And held the oars through loss and pain.
Even stone, when shaped by blows,
Becomes a form the whole world knows.
Time has carved me, day by day,
And slowly shaped a better way.
This quiet pain will fade in time,
Like autumn leaves that softly decline.
For after fall, new blooms arise,
A hidden spring before our eyes.
I’ll rise again with steady light,
A calm new hope, a strength so bright.
From ashes too, I’ve learned this art—
The bravest rise with a stronger heart.
