Game of Fate

I throw the dice to play the game
Mere chance is my victory over fate
The sound of the dice reverberates off the game bored
Rolling for an eternity the dice comes to a stop
Scared to see my fate
The symbol of a dragon crosses my way
Dragons are a symbol of rage, power, and destruction
Knowing my fate I flip the game bored in a boiling rage
Screaming at the top of my lungs
I drop to the floor with tears streaming down my steaming face
Before I thought myself to be a kindhearted soul
However this game brings out our most desired trait
Thinking deeper into this fated game
The more I realize I want to cause pain
I want buildings to crumble and trumpets to play
While the masses tremble at my unquenchable rage
Craving power in the hopes of infamy
Maybe I really do want the world to know my name
With his fate sealed he walks out of the room
The dice of fate glows with the dragons symbol
An evil rekindled in the man's wallowing soul
Will he destroy and rule the world
Or will the dice find a hero to fight the monster it made?
A boy walks in with innocent eyes and rolls the dice unknowing of the fate working in disguise...
