Glorify

Its easy to complain about those who hurt and made us cry.

The ones who laughed at our pain, wanted us petrified.

Set us up with what were owed, push us to suicide.

Pay people to be our "friends" just so they can spy.

Pay women to "break our hearts" and keep our love denied.

When the evil plans don't pan out, their hate is amplified.

All types of nefarious actions, just to see us die.

They throw the stones, wash hands, then they run and hide.

They tell us to follow the rules, yet they don't abide.

Crazy when you consider the whole time, some were by your side.

Instead of admitting the truth, they play victim, and stay with pride.

Set it up for reactive abuse, so they look

justified.

Tell everyone around that you're loose - you're not qualified.

Gift you rope, but its a noose, just for you

to tie -

Around our neck, nah - we rebuke the schemes that they applied.

Give thanks and glory to the Supreme Spirit, the Most High

For keeping us safe from their attempts, kept us fortified.

For sending the angels and hidden helpers on our behalf to ride.

Even ancestors and so-called demons are waiting on the word to slide.

We gotta stay in our purpose, do good works, we won't be denied.

We will not be beaten, nor will we be victimized.

All the BS we been through, will be more than rectified.

We sit here humbly, to you God, we Glorify.
