Show the world your superiority, can't you see?
You revel in my humiliation and distress,
But I won't continue to silently hide.
You think you're better, smarter, and stronger,
But it's all just a facade, a self-righteous charade.
I refuse to be your puppet,
I'll rise above your petty insults and ridicule.
You may have hurt me with your cruel words,
But I'll rise again,
You may have knocked me down, but I won't stay there,
I'll stand tall and proud, and show you true despair.
So go ahead and try to put me down,
But I'll keep fighting until your ego's overrun.
I may be bruised and battered, but I'll never surrender,
I'll fight until the very bitter end, and emerge as the better person who I am.
