So strive for excellence every day,
And push yourself past what's okay,
The rewards will be worth all the fuss,
And you'll leave your worries in the dust.
Don't settle for "good enough" or "fine",
Keep pushing until you cross the line.
For the sweetest victories are the ones,
That you've worked hard for, and not just won.
Set your sights high, and don't give in.
To the fear that whispers "you can't win",
For with hard work and a positive outlook,
You might just achieve more than you had took.

Even when you're faced with the worst in sight.
