I lay in my bed one night I heard gunshots and sirens all around so I hugged my pillow really tight
Then all the air in my room Began to move about and dance with the broom
Outside there was a bright light That lit up the sky tonight
I walked to the window and looked down into the valley far below
I saw creatures talking and I saw a fish walking
This had to be a dream Fish don't walk on land I screamed
He looked at me with his big eyes We do now since he came walking from the Sky
He pointed with his fin They say he came from the sky to save us all from within
Days went by and peace and tranquility
roamed through out the land Everyone smiled and laughed I didn't see not one angry man
With out any warning we all became one It was beautiful to see everyone having fun
He came to the valley of the sun Streets were all lit up and I was so stun
That people from all parts of the valley were standing side by side Just yesterday they were killing each other for pride
People bowed as he walked It amazed me that no one talked
Not one whisper was heard the silence was absurd
It was so quiet as he walked down into the light That you could hear a hummingbird flap it's wings in flight
I just didn't understand why Everyone was so dazed on this man from the Sky
Yes it was said he was coming to save us all from dying But he was just a man like me with two legs two feet and two eyes that began crying
Then I began yelling with all my might As I watched the man from the sky vanish from my sight
We all want to believe that a miracle will arrive To come save us from ourselves and to keep us alive
Then awoke from my dream still in my bed With the images still in my head
I thought boy I wish we all could see the thoughts in my head When the door open and a big gold fish in Pajamas that were red
Entered the room and we stared at each other Then we laughed and said good morning brother
