Got up this morning
With my head on the floor
A big bump to show
Got out the shower
Slipped on the floor
A bruise on my elbow to show
Make a nice cuppa
Spilled all over my clothes
So much for being in s hurry
Got to work
All eyes on me
Shower cap and warm shoes still on
Rushed to the car to get my spare shoes
My car is missing
Security says car got towed
Got in the elevator
It just stops
Phones dead I'm so stuck
A horrible morning
What fate is this
Who can explain
Should I have heeded this superstition
"Don't walk under ladders", mama said
Is this all good old 'badluck'
