It was a dark and gloomy night
the kind of dark you can feel
where ghosts, goblins, and witches are present
where one's identity is concealed
The wind blows violently through the trees
roaring with all its might
A chilling cold takes a hold while the Moon is shining bright
Candy and fear fill the air.. as the children scurry about
All hallows eve.. a trick or treat
on this alarming frightful night out
