The feeling is mutual.
It's not unusual to have second thoughts.
Doubts.
Flashes of the past.
The present.
Scared to look into the future.
It's not a surprise.
Not in my eyes
Expectations.
No.
To some degree a disappointment.
However everything that was innocennt is now unpure.
The plot got hot.
Too many things and promises said.
Then broke.
Then reinstated.
Then broke.
The the words just get old
Hearts and minds move on.
Even though still I am hanging on
