i can't write poetry when I'm happy
I can't explain the joy I feel
things aren't perfect
but instead of feeling conflicted all the time
I'm only ever thinking of you.
I have a desire for more
but I'm not sure how much closer I can get.
I want a deeper level
I'm not sure how to get that
I think we just need to keep doing what we are doing
