What is happiness
It can't be defined
It's what we feel in the present
We try to achieve
What we can't succeed
Because it's a word that can't be defined
Happiness can be gone like a breeze
One minute you can be happy, sad then mad
But if you ask me to define it I can't tell you the truth because it's going to be different for me and you
Happiness is the way we train our minds
To find light in the moments of darkness
Taking the time to reflect on positive times
Happiness is a path we can find
