This is for you dad,
so, rejoice and be glad,
'cause you are the best dad,
and am proud of you.
Today I celebrate you.
You didn't bare the weight for nine months,
neither did you breastfeed me for months.
But you took care of mum,
ensured she didn't succumb.
You always provide for me and my siblings,
you have seen us through school and dealt with all the billing,
ensured we grow rich in Christ.
You love and care has always sufficed.
