Some say they know the secret to a happy marriage
I've heard through a well known bird
A happy wife equals a happy life
I've learned that's not the case
That sorta saying just isn't my taste
I always thought that such a waste
At least that's not what I have faced
I know it's not gonna be ribbons with lace
If it was I know it must be fake
I knowi know exactly what it will take
It'll take two I believe that's what it takes
They will be lack of communication
I know I've been in the situation
Now I really do understand the infatuation
Sometimes it's to much of your relations I know I feel like we need a vacation
You know we don't even need a special occasion
I sure hope that this isn't a phase we stay in
I know if it is it's a bed I would lay in
All I know is we both weigh in
Maybe one day we'll make our own saying
All we have to do is just keep swaying
