She lay there in the hospital bed.
Her last words is what she said.
She told her daughter that she is not afraid to die.
She took one last breath and quickly said goodbye.
Peace was all around her, and one bright light out the window and to the sky.
Her heart stopped, it was time to let her go, but hard to say goodbye.
After they wheeled her body away,
A cold chill across her daughters back was there.
She felt her Mother's presence, she just wanted that feeling to stay.
With all the wear and tear,
She really did care.
She got the sign from her mom, that she is okay.
