Scatterbrained once again,
Looking for an honest friend.
Lost to the illusional portray.
Sitting here and ready to pray.
Laughing at what I just saw.
Taking out my pencils, and ready to draw.
My mind takes in what my heart can never feel.
Is this fake or is this for real?
Never underestimate what life will bring.
Never count your blessings, just learn to sing.
Never feel the harmonic strings.
Never laugh, at what life brings.
Break the curse of what your used to.
Cut the habits out, the ones you always knew.
Start over fresh, with a smile upon your face.
Welcome the freshness, the one you should embrace.
