I have seen in this my Country
Beloved and able Citizens
Praying to flee this Field
For greener pastures and better Economy
Some will go for Vigils
Book for prayers, services and Masses
Forge and borrow money from Relatives
At times in connivance with financial Agencies
Just to convince the country of interest that they are not coming to be a Burden
But there is God's Masterpiece
I mean Heaven and All her Bliss
Glamorous with undescribable Glitz
For if human Beings
With her Limited Faculties
Can put up attractive Edifices
How much more the Unlimited, All knowing, All perfect and More than Loving King of Kings
Hence the man in this Holy Writ
Was doing his best to be Fit
Confidently he came to Jesus Christ with his CV
Knowing with his qualifications, the God of Justice
Wouldn't ignore or Deny Him
He however left not Smiling
Even if Christ admitted his CV to be Impressive
I guess he left feeling Woozy
When he was told that all his righteous Deeds
Was still a rag so Filthy
Not worthy to be compared with the Bliss of Eternity
For we will all get there after much effort by divine Mercy.
BRETHREN IT IS WORTH THE COST
IT IS WORTH THE PAIN, STRESSES, INSULTS AND PERSECUTIONS
SO WE MUST DO MORE
AND ALWAYS PRAY FOR DIVINE MERCY AND FAVOURS.
