Her Worth

What did she do, to deserve to be bruised,
How did her body implement a coffin,
Was it the way she said no out of fear,
That made her culprit loose his head oh dear,
Where did she go wrong devious man,
Did you not think she could be someone's mother,
Someone's daughter or even someone's lover?
When did your man hood represent "killer or criminal"How she dressed shouldn't have made you gain lust,How she walked these streets like the queen she is,Was never a door opened for vulnerability to creep in,Like some sort of disease that could not be seized or destroyed with ease.
Her worth
You dear man shall never understand,
For what you see with your naked eye,
Is far from what her true beauty replicates
Only real men know the warmth these women have,How they can build a nation and still let it be run by a man,How they could cry so hard yet still protect your pride,Hold your head high help men fly sky high yet.. Yet..This is how we repay them with fists on flesh,Words cutting deep into their existence making them hate ever being persistent in trying to help us men be the better version of ourselves.. Oh.. How we have failed them, that's why we will never understand a woman's worth.
