I smile more to hide my tears.
I laugh more hoping they will believe I'm happy. I bury myself behind walls of thorns only the choice few have ever made it safely through. I wish I could believe my own lies somedays when I say I'm ok or fine. But I know the dark truth that no amount of lies can truly hid.
