He doesn't have to hit you before you know you are being abused
All he had to do is manipulate you
Prevent you from doing what you love
Keep you in a box
Tell you that you are never enough
And crash you till all your juices run dry
Why does he do that
Because he is afraid of you
He is insecure
Deep down he knows you are stronger and better without him
This makes him happy to see you in pain
Does he know he is hurting you
Of course he does
Does he care
No
His ego is as high as the sky above
And cannot be quenched like the flaming sun
What if it's not his fault but he is mentally ill
Then it's your fault for staying if you know he is sick
Runaway then
That's what they will say
I am not here to judge you or blame you
I am your friend not society
It's not your fault but it's the fault of love
It makes you do the reckless and unimaginable
All I can tell you is to stop making excuses for him
He is not Humpty Dumpty and you are not the Kinsmen to fix the unfixable
Seek help before you are no more
All you have to do is to ask
And I or someone will be your superhero
Or better do what they told you to do runaway
Because sometimes society has the answer for such situations.
