The smooth-talkers dismantled and altered his arguments
They said he had no proof, no evidence and that he was merely wasting the time of the judge
He knew though that he had come too far to give up
But the conclusion of this case still didn't seem to be in his favor
The jury would have being in support of his claims
Had they not being changed right before the court session began
As he watched his logical and honest claims get torn to bits by the angry dogs
He realized that the court, with all its white and black, did not hold justice for him within its wall
His was just another court case file tossed into the basement with a ton of others
Files whose owners came for justice but never did it in the court.
