I was hurt, and overwhelmed with the waves of fear,
then His word walked up to me in the midst of the waves of fear, to tell me; God is my refuge, my strength
an ever present help in trouble.
Alone with nobody to rely on, nobody to hold on,
alone on this path, called life,
His word whispered into my hears;
I am with you, even to the end of the world.
In the desert, the sun has dried up my throat
leaving me dehydrated,
His word said to me, look up, He makes rivers flow in the desert.
Confused, saddened as I couldn't find hope in anything around.
I heard His word say, rejoice and rejoice for He lives, He reigns.
I got to a dead end, with no way to thread,
His Spirit said; He makes a way, where there is no way.
Tired of waiting for centuries for my breakthrough testimony,
when my friends have shared their breakthrough testimony,
His word patted me on my back, and said, He makes all things beautiful in His own time.
My dreams are too big for me to give them life.
But, He said to me, write them down, thou they tarry, be patient, at it end, they shall come to life!
I broke down in tears, asking, can this be possible?
He responded, saying; with me, nothing shall be impossible.
