Homeless man

Homeless man

Every single day

A homeless man can be seen in the alley way,

All the passer by would notice

but ignoring him like a plague they would practice,

The homeless man with dirty ragged clothes

on his leg not a single pair of shoes,

He would beg left and right

from morning in the bright

till the darkness of the night,

Everyone says he's just a beggar

not knowing him better,

He has a heart of gold

his kindness never grows old,

The little thing he has he shares

with dogs and cats,

They would be with him

To lit his world which is dim,

A homeless man we may see

but we should know why does he need to be?

He considers himself at home

he says in a soft voice

'a homeless man I may be

but I feel at home with the strays

and I can say it is meant to be '
