How will love find me?

If i did all things right and read all my books tonight still how will love find me? If i gave myself all the love in the world i still question how will love find me? I had someone who loved me and i loved them but love left me almost like it had failed me or could it had been hate that derailed it away from me. I'm not stupid i never was ... I never had self doubt until just now i use to be confident and live in the moment now i feel down
