I am

Questionable expectations,
Seems like we're a facet of trivial impressions,
Playing in a perfect game,
Burdens weigh you down, words become a reason to cry,
Stories behind us; staring at the frame of I was,
At the distance an anecdotal life.
A triumphant destination is an accepted theme,
The stares emphasize who I am
Though the losing side made me who I am,
A long journey,
Hurtful downfalls,
A different story might be printed on acted smiles,
Though the panorama changes with time,
Always me,
A written diary on my heart,
Countless pages on my mind,
I must reiterate my beautiful flaws,
Reasons to smile before judging myself,
Hear my own voice, not their talk,
With my signature on the end.
