I

I am tired

I am tired
I’m tired of being perfect,
I’m tired of knowing everything,
I'm tired of amend everything —
Every silence, every mistake,
Every feeling left unsaid.

I’m tired of carrying answers
For questions no one asked me,
Of holding worlds together
While quietly falling apart.

I learned too early
How to be strong without shaking,
How to smile without breaking,
How to hide storms
Behind calm eyes.

Everyone praised the strength,
But no one saw the weight —
The endless need to be better,
Kinder, wiser, enough.

I’m tired of fixing what isn’t mine,
Of stitching wounds with trembling hands,
Of becoming the safe place for others
While feeling homeless inside myself.

Sometimes I want to be careless,
To not have the right words,
To not understand everything,
To simply exist without responsibility.

I want to rest in imperfection,
To let my guard fall softly,
To admit I don’t have answers
And not feel ashamed.

Because perfection is lonely —
It builds quiet walls
Where love struggles to enter.

Maybe healing begins
The moment I stop trying to be flawless,
The moment I allow my heart
To be ordinary and free.

So tonight I loosen my grip,
I set down expectations one by one,
And for the first time in a long while,
I choose gentleness over control.

I am not perfect.
I am not endless strength.
I am simply human —
learning, breaking, becoming.

And maybe, just maybe,
That is already enough.
