The part in this Scripture says "as the sword judgment, or pestilence, or famine, we stand before this house, and in thy presence, (for thy name is in this house,) and cry unto thee in our affliction this is a form of judgment of God." This part means that God calls the nation to repent. God calls on the leaders to repent. God will always bring his people out of affliction.
