I can't write me now
am I stuck
am I trying to be
a poet way too much
right now
cause I can't focus
on anything but the coronavirus
and I think I'm crying
out loud
and this whole thing
has me scared
and the news says not to worry
just wash your hands
then the numbers get bigger
and bigger again
am I'm so sad
for this entire planet
and it's getting closer and closer
from the other side of the world
to the city that I hold onto
and I wish and wish it wasnt this way
