I Did It My Way 🤷

I did it my way, the path I chose. 
Not as easy as a simple rose.
But with each step, I gained control,
To find a way to reach my goal. 
I faced the challenges head on,
With every fear, I became strong.
I took the risks, and made mistakes,
But I learned to grow from each heartache. 
I did it my way, with pride and grace.
And though the journey was not always smooth,
I found my voice, my own truth. 
My way may not have been conventional, but I stayed true to myself and my potential.
I learned, grew in my own right,
And I did it all with all my might.
I'm doing it my way, taking charge and making each day count in every way.
'Cause I'm the captain of my own ship, 
And I 'll keep sailing, never letting my dreams slip!
